usually people die in 3 hits of GF will this make me 4 or 5
Is Shadow High Snarby cap and clean snarby armor level 10 good shadow defense against GF?
I don't think a single Shadow high will make any difference. You'll want to add a medium or so to that. I haven't done the maths, but that's what I believe based on what I calculated in the past when counting for BKC+Snarby, which has a bit less defence.
@cross The only situation that really matters is the worst case scenario. You dont really want to spend time building a set if its only going to be successful half the time. Also, thinking about defense UVs only matters if you have pendants, since those make much more difference than any UV.
@OP My guess would be that you are about a shadow med UV short to survive an extra GF hit. Right now you die in 3 hits, survive 2. If you get a shadow or normal med UV extra on your set you should be able to survive the 3rd hit, 1% health left, but still standing. Im not 100% sure about this though, so it might be safest to wait for someone who has similar UV's to test it with in LD, before spending your crowns on the UVs.
edit: got ninja'd, but it seems krakob and me both feel that the extra med would be enough
Yes, you use BKC instead of snarby cap though and since he's going full snarby, he will have a little more normal defense
I think this belongs in the arsenal or that PvP pig ground, no offense.
But since armor defense doesn't into account too much in PvP, I'd say maybe 3 swings, counting double swipes - 5 for singles only.
It also depends on how leveled the opponent's GF is and what armor they're wearing that includes damage bonuses (Then again, who's not wearing Chaos sets and Black Kat Cowls at these desperate times?), and what class you're using, but eh, calculations aren't my thing.
Worst case scenario could be that they have a lvl 10 GF with Damage Max and you take 2 hits with that set, Striker with no pendants.
