Reason to close:
- Due to low demand/popularity.
- High service charges.
- I give up.
- Instead, I'll just be using Aegis until I'm rich enough.
- OR. I'll just wait for the next Tortodrone Event. :P

When you bind a leveled item it will go back to lvl 1, so doing what you wanna do won't be possible unless you wanna pay both 3* and 4* binding price.
