So, I d like to know what would be the average price for a wolver cap with piercing max + normal max.
also the price for a skolver cap with the same UVs.

With high end UVs, unbind price fades away. They will cost relatively the same.
Some pros you could ask in the Bazaar for the price, but my estimate would be around 40kE
These kinds of items are exceptionally rare, and as such the price is subject to wild fluctuations. It really depends on who you can find to buy it, or if you are buying it, how much you're willing to pay and how much they value it, if you can find one.

40 k ce you said ? wow it looks quite huge. I got a wolver coat with piercing max and normal med for only 400 k crown ( about 5k ce) the price difference seems a bit excessive
Well it's pretty much as Fehzor said. And to add my two cents, the fact that it's two Max UVs makes a huge difference difference. After all, just getting one max is hard enough.
The Bazaar is where such threads go. You're asking for the value of the item, you're not inviting to discussion of it. I think less people who frequent The Arsenal will be able to answer your question than people who frequent The Bazaar, so I think it'd be for better if you moved there.
