So i have a ctr low UV and its level 5, which is supposed to be CTR med. when i charge it up though, I notice it is extremely slow, almost like no CTR. i compare it with other levl 10 Weapons with CTR med and it is faster

as I said, if the charge base speed is lower than average a med UV might bring it to average

yeah some have slower base charge time
this is common knowledge from what I've seen

You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!
Basically, CTR is a percentage change. Since Gran Faust starts with a really slow charge, even CTR max isn't too significant compared to CTR max on a Brandish.
Have some data. (See the last row.)

not exactly sure what you mean, but in general GF has a really low base charge time compared to other weapons
