Who really gives a damn Foto, near all of the game's top players use Auto-Target, in fact, that's how they get to the top in the first place. Go ahead and name other top scoring players and I guarantee you most if not all of them use it as well. That's just how the game is played. And to be fair, Auto-Target just helps your aim a bit, it still takes skill to time your swings/shield correctly, manage your bomb radius, team support, staying alive, etc.

Auto-Target in no way makes him a noob, it's a free resource that's available and if it will better your gameplay then use it. While this doesn't make him any better than the other top players, it doesn't put him to shame either.

and by basic logic EU and non Americans probably use it more because of their "crippling lag" which is believable, but im not sure if some are just lying to hide noobness

The Eu servers are as good as the American ones for sure. While it's true that Eu has a lot of lagging players due to being in southern or eastern europe, the same goes for US, as it gets the SEA players, Aussies, and South Americans. EU is primarily Europeans and mid/west Asians. And really, even people in India can get more than 1 bar on Eu.
