He's got a pretty stupid set of gear. (No, I'm not mocking anything added in the gunner update.)

Edit by Autofire: Apparently, I guess I wasn't understood by GMs just doing their job, so I have to spill the beans. The guy in front is holding a Targe, a sword boosting shield, while the update is about guns. What?
Yeah not a big fan of the armors stats but he does look pretty dang cool there though
OOO has a history of not caring about how good things are, just that they look cool.
Which begs the question, if they like how that gear looks, why not make it more viable? :(

Well, you can hold more than one weapon at once. So he could have a sword equipped as well and is just heating his Griffin, because it's a new update and all.
Why it's 2*, idk. Maybe he didn't have any dmg-boosting gear so he just bought it from Brinks.
Of course, he tried to cosplay one of my OCs and failed miserably.
