TW/HK Player Cannot Login

Well. Way before the TW/HK server was open I has been playing SK. (Started in 2012 I think)
Earlier even Steam started blocked the app for me, but I happen to be able to revive this dead link.
But now it says that they are not accepting new accounts from HK and TW areas. While I'm already a player that has registered for over 2 years.
Really, I do not wish to start over on a new server. Is they any viable solution for this situation I am in?

algorithms are the solutions to any problem.

I guess that HK means hong kong and respond accordingly.
I think I've ever seen a case like this. it may be that there is an HK SK server, and that they struck a deal with connection or something.
or maybe it's china being a prick.

Even if they open up a new server...
Denying a player who has already spent quite some time (and money) on it and force moving onto a new server is just ridiculous.
