You can also get two weapon slot upgrades with the purchase of the Starter Pack.
To the OP, do you mean three weapon slots total? Or do you mean having three weapon slot upgrades active at once (thus 5 weapons total.) For me, I'd love to have 5 weapons. That way I can carry two swords and three bombs which would allow me to cover all bases. Instead right now I have to choose between two swords/two bombs or one sword/three bombs.

Not 3 weapon slot upgrades, 3 weapon slots total! I hate choosing between Caliber and Cutter. Caliber is better one on one and Cutter is better against large groups. The worst thing is, most levels you have to face different kinds of groups.

Well, in that case, go buy yourself a Weapon Expansion Slot from Boost at the Bazaar in Haven. Then activate it and you'll have three weapon slots for 30 days.

There's a trinkets vendor near the weapons vendor and you can 'rent' a weapon slot - 150 CE for 30 days.
It doesn't sound like a long time, but it really is :P
