Now one question I have. I have an English Bulldog as well, and because of the huge size comparison I'm kind of worried he might do something to her, even though he is pretty harmless. Anyway I can get them to be friends? Thank you
Bulldogs were bred as fighting dogs but it has been so long since they have actually been used for that purpose, in fact Bulldogs got their name from actual Bull Baiting where numerous dogs were let loose against a tethered bull and the dog to grab the bull by the nose and pin it down was declared the strongest.
Of course this is 500 years ago, now Bulldogs have been bred for a peaceful temperament, odds are your bulldog (along with the rest of the breed) would be content to sit around and not really care too much about how much attention you pay the new dog. That doesn't mean you ignore it either, be sure to give it it's due and give it a treat or just sit down and watch TV with it.
if the bulldog hasn't had any violence issues in the past they should be fine
and treat them as equally as possible to prevent any envy issues
