Everyone forgets that its over 1 year overdue and thoroughly enjoys the new content. But since its almost Christmas, can I ask on behalf of a thousand other serious LD players for Santa to bring simple Lockdown Lobbies for more balanced games, and no more disagreements on AT and pulsars next come-around? Some new LD maps would be nice as well, well just maybe. Also, how is Santa going to balance weapons in general? Bombs are now ticklish in DPS compared with swords and guns. Guns even eclipse mist bombs in terms of status-affect with the new changes to the mechanics.

Ever heard the phrase "better late than never"?
What is trying to tell you is quit focusing on the past. People who focus only on what happened in the past end up going nowhere. You can't drive forwards anywhere if you are always looking behind you. What other cheesy things can I say...
Anyways, we got our guns, bombs are probably next.
Biggest problem right now are the servers though, lagging out every 10 minutes on average (every minute during busy times) is not playable.
Lockdown is fine right now, just needs tweaking (aka removing AT). But fixing the servers is the next big problem.
All this cool stuff is great, but we can't use it if everything walks through walls and out of the map every 10 minutes. But Im sure OOO knows already. Patience.

I haven't measured the numbers in some while (maybe I should today), but a few months ago LD had approximately 2000 players per week. I'd guess maybe 500 of those are "serious", as the majority are bound to just have hopped on for one or two games and then left it at that.

Silly rabbit, pulsars be nerfed. And disagreements on "cheating" game mechanics is normal for the community already.
Side discussion: Yes, even in super smash bros. tourneys people think others are cheating. If that's so, why is M2K (mew2king) one of top ranked players in melee

algorithms are the solutions to any problem.
LD is where players go when they don't know what to do with their UVed gear that kills all enemies, don't want to craft more weapons and feel like battling players to see who has the most UVed gear.
that being said, crafting more weapons is fun, and you should try it. and I say crafting, not buying and trying it then cast it aside.
on a side note, not everyone likes hot dog. no, not me, but I'm sure I'll find someone. this is the internet.

Neutralizer is hilariously fun to play with nowaday, you should DEFINETELY craft it, make a Neutralizer party, and just enjoy the blast fest
I'm havng fun in SK for the first time in a year. Grinding IS fun cause I get to have fun guns to play with (Winter Grave, Permafroster next, Callahan already made, Bio in the back, Rift Locker and Gilded Griffin... when I'm bored...)
There's just so much to do... so much stuff to heat.... THINGS TO DO ^ ^
If you don't like crafting anything then I think you missed some great content over the past year (BKC, Torto, obsidian...)
Oh, people haven't forgotten... they're just briefly happy because there is something new for them to do. I've made certain to well account for these negative aspects of the "glorious update" in my posts and dreams.
