Spark... just because you are in war with some country doesn't mean you get to enslave their people, rape their women and do whatever you want to them, a prisoner of war isn't a slave, morality and human rights should still apply to them, otherwise you're a criminal of war.
And Ariav... I don't know if you have noticed but that gremlin is in emberlight, a place that is refuge for GREMLIN outcasts made by gremlins, for gremlins, the spiral order isn't the one who has him there, assuming that the gremlin in question is actually enslaved.
Who said that Gremlin was enslaved? Remember, Emberlight is the town of Outcasts from under the Crimson Order's rule. He was probably just making a living. Or bored. Or both, who knows.

They are hard working outcasts from their own people. They are building an area where they can make a living along side knights!

I think we should all keep in mind that this is a video game before going to any, "protest" of some sort. Real life Slavery is horrible, and I could go on and on about it, but, I'm going to keep this simple. This is a video game, don't over-react to things so easily.

Actually I'm pretty sure the majority of wars in the history of mankind were this way.
Still, Knights and Gremlins aren't the same species so certain things wouldn't work but if we wanted we would rule Cradle and destroy/enslave all life on the planet. Instead HQ wants us to collect minerals, and gather data from the clockworks. Gremlins just tend to get in the way, aside from the fact that most are aggressive and also tend to carry money makes them targets for knights. After a while we just become accustomed to leveling everything in our path.

@Holy-Nightmare: well if a country/organization/group of people suddenly wanted to dominate the world through the use of the force they will obviously not care about any morals, laws or human rights since they obviously want to go against those things, many wars have been about control, domination, resources or the extermination of other humans, a criminal won't care too much about how many crimes he commits while murdering someone since his goal is to break the law in the first place, Wars work like that, everything falls apart and we get to see the worst of man kind, but that doesn't make it any less wrong.
Getting on topic, if knights just wanted and could dominate and successfully exterminate everything on cradle they could do that, more so if they share a very different moral code than the one we percieve and have literally no care for other forms of life or laws that protected them, after all, the rules are dictated by the ones that have power,laws mean nothing if you do not have the power to enforce them and make sure everyone follows them.
That being said, I doubt that knights have the power to dominate cradle with ease since we have been at war with the gremlins for almost 4 years and the clockworks are still infested with dangerous and hostile creatures.
@Ariav Remove fiends from that list, they willingly employ theirselves to us for very little pay. If you ask me we should pay them anything, I think not turning into a Gorgo is enough pay for them.

Gremlins are loveable, amiable creatures. They are one of the few races who have mastered healing, engineering and weaponry.
I can assure they feel fear when knights come to torment them. I can assure they see love when they spawn together.

This gremlin isnt a slave, he's working to expand Emberlight so it can hold more gremlin refugees from the Crimson Order. If anything you should be hunting down every gremlin that is working for the Crimson Order, since those gremlins would kill every refugee in Emberlight.
Have you seen any expansion occurring?
Have you seen the wood he endlessly cuts ever been cut? Does he ever stop to sleep, to eat? Don't tell me he is working to expand emberlight. It is clear as day that this is a lie that OOO has brainwashed into innocent minds.

Knights who explore the clockworks and go to gremlin grounds, OCH, clockwork tunnels, etc looking for loot kill these gremlins every day. We have to bring presents to millions of gremlin orphans every year so they can have joy in their lives.
The OOO company have to pay the expenses of these lil' warm fluffballs every year, and because of them, we get delays on updates that's upcoming now. P2Ps have about 50% of their money they've paid to OOO to go towards gremlin orphan homes every day.
And I am here to tell you to stop Fine Fabric/Gremlin shield hunting by killing gremlins because of these fuzzy gremkids. For the holidays are coming and that most knights have to put their back to work to support these guys.
To help today though, you can help with the upcoming Winterfest by either stop gremlin hunting or adopt a gremkid this time around.

@Ariav Let's make one more thing clear. If you have feelings for something imaginary, like gremlins, than why don't you also take care of your computer too? I can clearly read from your words that you play video games too much. As well as the poor gremlins are working all the time the same way your computer is overheating all the time but you do nothing, right? That means your computer is your slave too. You don't take care of it, you have never cleaned dust inside, you don't clean RAM after using it etc. Which means computer does everything for you but you don't do anything for it. With this reason your computer is your slave too! Now take care of your computer first before you start taking care of those "enslaved" gremlins again.

a problem here is you guys aren't recognizing the difference between the colony and emberlight
in the great colony gremlins are trained to fight and are the ones we attack
emberlight gremlins are kicked out for breaking laws, pissed off leaders, or they willingly fled from the colony
so what we do to the colony gremlins doesnt affect emberlight (well, unless you give one a disabling wound and they get kicked for that, then they would go to emberlight(but thats not the point kind of derailed that a bit))
