The guild infobox template-- may the template be edited so that the Motto, Founders, and Population inputs are optional?
I only intend to use some of those rows, but not all of them. Thank you.

EDIT: Okay, gon' slap together a tiny box. and add that category tag thing. Thank you guys!

Actually, that source is protected. We users can't edit it at all! Alas! Give up! Go home! Nah I kid.

We can either:
clone the template for you, or
get your page to do painful div dances!

All that matters for a guild page are a few things:
Title, category, copyright, and general SK ToS stuff.

Otherwise you can pretty much do what you want on a guild page! Though at first they wanted it pretty standardized, hence the protecting and rigidity of that template.

Would you mind linking to your guild's page so we can take a looksie?

It would also help if you told us the rows you do want to use...or any you want to add :)

Welp, this one! The founders aren't important, but recognizing who you can contact to join or ask questions to seemed important. 'Just wanted to use the Officers and Population rows under an image for now.

Do you have a user page that I can put the template under?

Alternatively, you could just not use a template and build it from boxes... for example lots of people make their userpages by just tacking together some boxes. Here is mine. Its the first couple lines of code that make the boxes.

Triple quotes makes the text bold. Double square brackets links to an internal page of that name.
SKWindow, SKCell, and SKEmptyCell are the three big templates you really need to use to reconstruct something that looks like the guild template.

Edit: Also dont forget to have [[Category:Guilds]] somewhere on your page if you dont use the standard template. One of Bopp's comments in a different thread reminded me that its located in the GuildInfo template.

If you can't figure it out (some things can be quite daunting!) draw it in a program like gimp (or paint even) and we'll see what we can do :)

I often make pictures to describe what I want, the program I use is Jasc. Pictures do a good job communicating.

Oh. Thanks.

Thank you for the building-the-thing-from-boxes note. I can work with just that.
