its a meh
it's + and - for me. I can't say i feel the incentive to go yes i want it nor the feeling to go boo no good. so yeah....

While you're at it...
While you're at it make it reset dash cooldowns and reduce all cooldowns by 25% while active.
Seraphynx laser for days.
and by days I mean 30 seconds
This would be a funny mechanic to see. Even if it does something like shave 15% off the remaining time, I'd like to see something like this. Can't ever have enough cooldown reduction!
