right now there is the swarm core and the one that is after FSC so I think there is one or 2 more
one in the Great colony
the other is with the tortomega (I will find him)
there is more than one core

Yeah, you have rocky cores, royal cores, unstable cores, toxic cores, brute cores, and zee cores :3.
In all seriousness, I'm quite sure that Cradle only has one (geological) core. You aren't actually inside the core when you are fighting the swarm, you are in the Shadow Lair(s?)

There is not more than one core, it will always be that one, the swarm core? It's the same core, there's no difference, there IS that promo image, but that doesn't change anything, for the fact Vaelynn is still there, and all the other knights. The one after FSC, is and will always be the only core, until we go to another planet, but what's the chances of that happening?
