I know many people recommend BTB due to it's Charge Projectile and the cool looking Snarby that comes out with it, but when you compare the numbers the final charge of the flourish without any UVs or Damage Bonuses can cause between 456-509 damage, the BTB's final hit can get to like 144-160 damage on beasts and fiends. the first 3 hits of both swords are kind of the same. In my opinion the FF is better, I'd like to know what you guys think?

I like FF's charge better for the reason stated above. Killing one target is better than damaging two. Besides, you can use FF's charge to deal with crowds if you use it well and perhaps have a bit of luck. See also: Bopp's sword guide

Both are good
The only difference in the charge so that is all that there is to discuss.
BTB works as an area control weapon and won't launch you into bad situations.
Final Flourish lets you deal heavy damage to one or two enemies but can move you into attacks or traps. There is also the problem with using the charge too close to an enemy, if you launch it too close your first two thrusts will miss and only the last will hit.

FF is shiny, hence it's better
In all seriousness, as someone with both, it's really just a matter of opinion. You get used to whichever one you choose. In the end, that matters far more than theoretical numbers (IMO).

BTB
Charge atack is better for crowd control and trojans (you wont be using a charge atack againts a single enemy) and safer (BTB vs FF its like brandishes vs DA), it can instant kill greavers (when they're dashing) looks cooler

That doesn't really add up. FF and BTB are just like Brandishes, only differing in charges whereas Brandishes and DA are completely different weapons with completely different uses, strengths, and weaknesses. Besides, both have safe charges.

BTB is not better than FF for trojans; FF does well on single targets. FF can instantly kill greavers. Other than that, your post is correct.
The Final Flourish is much easier to craft (you don't have to go looking for Snarby) and it's charged attack will almost always guarantee the death of the target it was directed at (unless it happens to be a construct or slime). The Barbarous Thorn Blade is much more flashy, but as you stated yourself, won't always kill the target, although it does provide some nice AoE damage, and leaves you much less exposed. It really depends on what you want to use it for. Personally, I'd go with the FF. Killing many things at once is for us bombers.
