I have been having a lot of performance issues lately on SK. At times I will get about 4 frames per second and I also get latency lag. I have turned the graphics to low, and the resolution all the way down. I have also set my advanced options to the most performance boosting options. After this I am still having a lot of trouble with frame rate and latency. Does anyone know any tips for boosting performance after this?
Any help is much appreciated.

The link Extra-Salty provided is about the thing to do if you already has normal performance, but want boost.
So you had a good performance before?
How about other games, do they work the same as before, or like SK you experience FPS drop?
If you have the same performance loss in other games too, so you better check out what is going on with your hardware (maybe one of coolers died, and cpu/gpu is too hot to work as it should). After that check for viruses and background apps.
I have not tried this, but you may find this thread useful.
