How many fire crystals does it take?

How many shining fire crystals would I need to get a lvl 1 4* item to lvl 10, assuming that I always did the 80/75% option and not 100% and never failed?

I also want to know the same thing for a 5* item.

Thanks in advance to anyone who happens to know.
