I have been thinking a lot lately lol. Anyways, my idea is that what if Guilds have a more meaningful purpose than just recruiting people. Like lets say in the guild tab there is a guild members only passive skill, which gives you one extra hp or more attack damage, but it costs crystals to upgrade it or activate it for the entire guild members. In other words, it means if you joined a guild called Warriors and they have a Attack boost passive (pretty sure it will be called something more fancy) skill activated, then you are in luck and you receive that extra attack boost that people without guilds don't have.
The levels of each passive skills correlates to the stars on the equipments, which is five for now. Maybe first star level will cost 2,500 crystals, second level, 5000 crystals, third level 10,000, fourth, 20,000. and final level 40,000 crystals.
The only thing that will make this more fair is that in order for you to obtain the passive skill you must have equip at least two items of the same star level to get the bonuses. Therefore, there won't be newbies with a bonus of 5 hp running around if they get lucky and accepted into a higher level guild.
In conclusion this will make the guild function more useful than just a thing that doesn't do anything (well it does help people get together) and gives more purpose for people to stay and play longer as a Guild.
I also have another suggestion. There should be a "Guilds Only Instance Dungeon", which will cost the guild crystals to activate and enter to do some fun hunting. Of course to make this more unique, every Guild has a Crystal Contribution option, which will determine the level of the Guild's strength. Therefore, lets say there is a Guilds Only Instance Dungeon that requires a Guild to have over 1,000 crystals in contribution in order to activate it. So if the guild doesn't have enough, then the members can't do the dungeon instance, only guilds with the required amount will be able to enter.
So what do you guys think?
I think there's already a thread for this.
