It's likely coming up, as links are typically written and published prior to their release, then activated. In this case, they seem to have put up the image and linked it to the still hidden announcement ahead of time.
The giveaway isn't much to get excited for anyway. I mean, you could be scum with the alts, but aside from that it's just playing the game a bunch and getting lucky. If it were an actual update, I'd be much more excited. Not that it has to be.
Did it come up with "You're no authorized" or something like that?
