Is anyone wearing the Polar warden coat?

I've been on haven for hours and noticed that a few to none of the players wear the polar warden costume. Does it look that bad? Are people no longer interested in the promotions? Are they worried it'd be too oppressive to the fashion victims?

I'm not paying 5 dollars for

I'm not paying 5 dollars for a box and also the prices went up to quickly at the Auction House
So I lost interest in them

Making promo with GU stuff after that little time isn't very best idea. Also GU armors are customizable enough to be good costumes that can also play equipment role.
