Whenever I start Spiral Knights via Steam. It gets stuck on a screen with a planet. It doesn't freeze or anything, things are still moving but I have no option to log in or do anything else. I have updated everything I can think of (video drivers, java). However when I verify my files through steam it says 10 files had errors. It required and I did it again, same thing. Could someone help me on this issue.

Tried to log on again.
When trying to log on again, I got the message:
"Either there is a temporary network outage, or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting."
I know the servers are not down, because I can play with my alt account on the non-Steam client. Which brings me to believe the problem presides with Steam.

It seems to be a problem with steam bound accounts, so just file a support ticket about it and wait for the GM's or steam guys to figure it out

The GM's on spiral knights
The GM's on spiral knights are currently on holidays as told in the announcements and steam don't respond to support tickets, you'll have to get help from the community or wait for steam to fix it.

Thanks for the response. Also Zenje I don't get a message at all. I just get a nice view of the planet for eternity :P.
Currently having this same problem, unable to log in through the Steam client, but still able to log in through the normal client.
