Is it possible to delete an alt and use the Knight Name Change Pass to use their name on a different character?

You can Name Change Pass to any available name, so if you just deleted your alt and no one took the name, yes.
I know its possible to delete a knight then name a new one the same thing (this is my 3rd oohnorak)
So a name change should also work
