Yes, I know that Christmas isn't coming for quite a while.
I wanted to get this suggestion out there NOW just in case I forget about it later.

For Christmas this year, the bosses should send the players special gifts in the mail. They would be artifacts or materials or something.

Ol' Snarby would send a pile of rocks and twigs with the message: "Graaa wrr. Rowl! Rrrrrrrrrr."

Royal Jelly would send a Christmas-themed jester hat. Not sure what the message should be.

Vanaduke would send a box full of fire. There would be no message. Only the fire.
