They have been on the wheel for years, got around 5-6 over they years. I actually got one just today during och. :D

Heh, screw lockdown as my main source of income, if this keeps up, PvE may actually be fun again.

Since forever
I think 2 out of the 3 mod calibrators I've ever had have been from the prize wheel. I've also gotten rock salt from it. Makes those monstrous research missions a bit easier.
Don't rely on the wheel for those sort of things though, as they aren't exactly common.
I've received a Mod Calibrator from the Prize Wheel exactly once. It was at least a year ago.
