Makes me sad when a East Coast guy like me will never win overnight Auction House bid battles because West Coast guys naturally have the last laugh with 1 to 3 hours time advantage.

That face when you see an item go for immensely less than what it's worth, but would have multiplied in price had you bid on it.

When you know the bidder on the other side would have gotten away with it had you not bid on it.

You let an item on the AH pass up because you think it will go cheaper next time; never see the item again.

Some guy happens to relist the item you want at extortion rates.

Poison Max Plate Helms will never exist... Ever. (4300 hours into the game and yet to see one be sold; I don't play that gamble game)

Want a Hunter or Surge Tailed helm? Better luck inventing a time machine to play the 1987 superbowl.

Auction House Fees. A necessary evil.

Medium time left, that's plenty of time! I'll just... and it's gone. (the end of medium time -> short time start trick)

Prismatic Scarf? What Prismatic Scarf?

So I'm bidding on a dangerous crest....

"1,500 crowns"

"Hm, I'll go 1,750."

"2,000"

"2,500"

A new bidder appears!

"50,000"

"lolnope."

Autobidding needs to be a thing.

Accidentally hitting "Buy Now" instead of "Bid" on an obviously overpriced item with an ridiculously low current offer. Hasn't happened to me personally, but I may or may not be involved with invoking such a feeling.

The preview button is on the left side of the bid amount while the bid button is on the right side; There's a lot of space between the two buttons :|

That's why I ALWAYS check how far in the list the item is. Just do a "search:all" and "sort:by time", then locate your desired item. You can estimate an aprox. time that way.

Do as me, set an alarm around the ending time (^that last trick will help). In the last 2 days, I got a Frosty Tailed Helm for 1.8Kcr and a Frosty Scale Helm for 2.6Kcr after days of seeing them listed for at least five (or way more!) times that price.

All the time.

When you're buying lots of something that has a reasonable price and you go back the next day to see its price triple what it should be ( looking at you 2kcr fiendish glyphs)
