Quick Question: Does heating my weapon more increase it's damage (in lockdown)

Title says it all :P

I have a Final Flourish and it is at heat level 6. I just want to know because I don't want to waste the radiants :P

don't know, but

I'm not an expert in Lockdown. But heating your weapon has a dramatic effect on damage in the Clockworks. And I don't see why the Lockdown damage calculations would be different from the Clockworks damage calculations. So I'm guessing the answer is "yes". Maybe someone will chime in with an actual test. Yes it does.

I don't know the exact numbers, but I can see a difference when somebody hits me with a level 1 weapon and a level 10 weapon.

I have the 0* heating curve fully modeled prior to when armor is subtracted for 3 weapons.

I haven't tested 5* yet, but I would expect a similar curve [2/3rds lvl 10 power at lvl 1].

im vohtarak, call me by that name

I tested with a Callahan and a wrench wand awhile ago and yes, it does more damage at a higher level
