I have the storm driver, but I don't know how to hit the enemy 2 times. I don't get it, do you just shoot at their side or something?

it's not reliable
If you can't get the knack down easily, you're in good company. I've been using alchemers primarily for a few months now, with auto-aim turned off, aiming slightly to the right to get that leftward internal ricochet whenever I could. And it's still only a matter of chance when it works.
Still, it's worth the practice. When I aim for their other side, I'm getting pretty good at getting a ricochet into another enemy.
Alchemer bullets always bounce leftwards. If you shoot on an enemy's right side, it will bounce into the enemy and can thus hit twice. Same principle with charges, although those work on both sides.
