It used to be that gear could rarely drop from boxes. I remember a friend finding a wolver cap at the end of a JK run, just after the boss. I also remember finding a nightblade somewhere. It just occurred to me that I haven't seen this happen again in a longgg time. My guess is that it was phased out on the same update that made crowns and heat no longer shared among the party.

Has anyone seen this happen recently?
