Okay so i'm not even getting replies anymore. I am 100% doubting that they are helping me at this point. I had sent what you told me and Atropos replied to me. I waited and waited and I just want a spending increase to 200$ i honestly don't see why they cannot send me an email or what is going on. I am honestly getting quite annoyed now.

That sounds super frustrating. Please submit an in-game support request; we can't handle spending limit increases there (or here!), but we can help to get the e-mail working. When you do, please include the full text of the not-sent e-mail so that we can see what we're dealing with, and also please include the e-mail address you're using. Thanks!
