An ash tail with a UV of Normal Max is quite a rarity *chuckles* towards many LDers. I'd say it's worth about 4kce-7kce (including unbind) since there is quite a demand who may be interested in buying one to craft skolver / snarbolax armour with an impeccable amount of normal defence. >.>
