I guess not a lot of people were buying CE either. I mean, why bother when TF2 keys are up to 2k each (and also have the side effect of not introducing more energy into the game)

I already have two maskeraithesesasers and my last one isn't fully fed etc. yet. Don't really see much of a reason to get the ram. Still glad it's at a somewhat plausible 3% drop rate.
The horn accessory on the other hand is about 3/4s decent looking. I might try to pick one up if I find something that it looks nice with.

Im glad they returned with the old way, making now the prizes to be somewhat worthy since you dont get tons of boxes with useless crap. sadly i have the strong feeling that this promo it just "for this time" and then they would go back to the old and unfair "prize box only"
anyway im dissapointed that they just only added horns and maskeraiths... i kinda was looking for a goat costume. oh well

Huh.
I guess at the very least we're buying a random accessory alongside our energy. That's a good way to go about energy prizeboxes - make the item we all want common and the ones rare still be accessible and not a fraction of a percentage.
Personally I like the stand-alone prize boxes, however one with a small amount of content (such as this one) does end up working out better as an energy bonus.
I'd love to see a "big" prize box with standalone boxes (and lots of goodies inside!) alongside a "smaller" prize box with energy purchases every month or so. Keeps energy in the system and doesn't make the desired costumes super rare.

Maybe this will make energy prices actually go back down a bit. You know, to the 8000:100 ratio that I refer to as a base for calculations.
