What the subject says. I like Spiral Knights but I find it too simple and repetitive. I'd like to suggest that you create a new weapons class or even a class of healer-players.

I like to think of SK as some form of The World (.hack), so why not have the previously suggested pole arms, twin blades (swords in both slots but with new combo), heavy axemen, and dual gunners (guns in both slots). This would make the game a bit more complex in customization, and it would make it more fun via choosing a class besides sword or gun.
Instead of a healing class, why not have a vendor that can sell healing items and even group healing items. I think these would work better.
If I have any other suggestions I'll post em.

Healer players are very unlikely to happen; revivification is too lucrative an Energy sink for Three Rings to have players circumvent it. The idea of new weapon classes has come up before - polearms seem like a popular suggestion - and one I think is much more likely to be implemented (Three Rings are still adding weapons; there's already a lot of variety in the current sword range, although the handgun selection could perhaps be broadened out a bit).
