An unfortunate and unusual error occurred when i was crafting my gunslinger sash into a sunset duster. i don't know if it was my internet that fucked up, or my computer but as a result i lost the item.

What happened was this:

after heating up my gunslinger sash to level 5 i went to haven to craft a sunset duster. now crafting is pretty straightforward and thank god it is. i had no problems like this in the past and i've been playing spiral knights for quite a time now so i have ample experience with crafting gear. anyway, the game kinda froze for a second in the middle of the crafting sequence and bam! no more gunslinger sash.

it was an item with a uv (albeit a low one) and it cost me energy to craft it (200 energy for advance orbs), which makes it really unfortunate for a poor player like me who can barely afford energies.

i've already sent a support ticket but other than all i can do is bother the forum for yet another noobish problem. sorry if this is the wrong thread or the wrong way to ask for help.

Yeeaaah.

Nothing we can do here to help. A support ticket will get you much farther.

Additionally, curses aren't really looked upon nicely here, so you might want to edit that out. :)

Might be because of the recent hosting issues. I tried to make a trade during them and some weird stuff was happening. Mails were also acting up.

What hosting issues do you mean?

EDIT: Oh, I see. Server problems. I was unaware until I found the post describing the server problem.
