I agree, beast bells could add a new dynamic to other lvls. I'm not saying they should be all over the place like in the Gloaming Wildwoods. But rather have them show up rarely and at random.

What if they were pick up
What if they were pick up items like mecha knights
It's like saying we need hellfire in non-FSC levels. Granted one kills you and the other saves you, but it's a boss-specific item and doesn't need to be put elsewhere.
