HELP! I can log into the game but I can not enter the ready of my existing knight. The only way I can play is to create a new one, but I don't wanna do that. Please help. THIS SUCKS! My friend even logged on using the same computer and he was able to enter the ready room. So I am freaking out. Has my account/knight been deleted?? I don't recall deleting it because I was playing yesterday. This is all very strange and annoying.

The players on these forums can't help you with that. You need to contact tech support. You can do it in the Technical Issues forum, or through the ? button in the game. Good luck.

It's a known issue, check this thread

The GMs don't have any advice other than to play on another account for now.
The developers won't be around to fix it until tomorrow at least.

if it isn't already working that is.. a post in there seems to imply that it was.
