Assuming that by "warriors"

Assuming that by "warriors" you mean the Phantoms - they aren't that tough. You just need to learn how to deal with them. Also - in T2 monsters deal mixed damage. In the case of Phantoms, that's Normal and Shadow damage. I suspect your problem is that you're using Ash Tail or Cobalt gear, which gives Normal/Pierce defense, but no defense against Shadow damage.

In short - just because your gear was fine for T1, doesn't mean it's even adequate for T2. Note that in T3 it gets worse - monsters can do *all* their damage via Shadow or Elemental or Pierce, instead of it being split, so having the right gear for the stratum you're on becomes absolutely essential.

Phantoms can be a tremendous

Phantoms can be a tremendous hassle in groups, but they've not got an awful lot of HP, and their attacks are relatively easy to avoid (and telegraphed even earlier than the majority of monsters). Kathoric nailed the biggest problem, of course; chances are your armour loadout is vulnerable to Phantom attacks. I'm currently using Cobalt and Wolver gear myself and the damage Phantoms can mete out to me is horrific, but if you're quick on your feet and sufficiently careful you'll be fine. Focus on dodging their attacks whilst you clear the area of zombies, which will give you room to maneuver, then strike quickly and shift position; don't rely on comboing them to death.

Or, you know, just run for it. Remember that you can't ever kill Phantoms, only stun them, and they drop neither Crowns nor materials nor Heat, so there's frequently no reason to fight them.

How to deal with Phantoms: I

How to deal with Phantoms:
I run with a Divine Avenger, but the same idea can be applied to any heavy sword. If you're solo and don't have to worry about other phantoms, then it's a piece of cake- swing, shield-cancel, rinse and repeat. Try to get to a cleared area before you engage the Phantom. It gets trickier in T3 because their charge attack launches 3 blades, and unless you have a Skelly or Crest, it will break your shield if you take all those hits. Dodge, and try to use gravestones to block the blade bullets. With a gun, it'll be real slow going, but it's the same idea. Just be warned that in T3, it'll take forever and you will probably mess up and take copious amounts of damage.

In a T3 party with more than 2 players, RUN. Unless at least one of you happens to be carrying a Shivermist Buster, there's pretty much no way to reliably hold them down. In T1 and T2, if your party is well geared you can usually handle it as usual. The main problem with T3 phantoms is the 3-blade-bullet charge attack. From a clockwork denizen's point of view, basically that is what happens every time you use the Divine Avenger's charge attack- and that is why it is so damn dangerous/painful.
