He never proved it in-game its very easy to mess with the files as proven by random people I know to even have a regular sword look like umm some 5* sword which is not out yet aka Shatter

Crest of Almire could be obtained well before this coming update.
The Blackened Crest was proven to be owned by someone, and -used- by someone. It's no doubt they likely upgraded it to Crest of Almire at some point as well since the recipe has always been available through Basil.
