You won't need the med on the Snarby for that, but it will be useful anyway as that puts you at +9 resistance, giving you immunity to Polaris and Storm Driver shock. Just the Mercurial Helm gives you +7 (Its inherent bonus is equivalent of a max UV, which equals 4, high = 3).
Should be fine either in pvp or pve (wisp immunity). If this is for ld you don't even need the snarby to be immune to shock bombs, so you might want to switch it out for skolver instead.
