The actual description in italics? If so, that's directly from the tooltip popup in-game. I'd suggest poking support about it to get them to get the developers to adjust it.
If not that, elaborate and/or provide links to the page(s) of concern. But I'm pretty sure this is what you mean, because I see that the "official" descriptions are indeed out of date.

By the way, anyone can edit the wiki - so if you see things like this that are for sure in need of updating, you can do it too :D
