I have two separate loadouts for swordsman, a regular one and an FSC one.

Regular:

Chaos cap
Chaos cloak
Barbarous thorn shield or Grey Owlite Shield (I'm not sure if putting Chaos together with the Barbarous will make an inefficeient boost. Will it go over, or just maximize?)
Final Flourish
Combuster
Acheron

I'm very skeptical about the armour, not so much the swords though.

FSC:

Vog Cub set
Great owlet shield

Combuster
Acheron
Blitz Needle

This one i am INCREDIBLY skeptical about on everything. I mean, do i need a shadow sword? Should i take a different elemental sword since every there resist fire? Should i change my armour since Vog is inefficient if you use Bltiz Needle?

And then Bomber.

Just one load out

They're just fine. Chaos is among the most OP gear in the game and Vog is a very good set for those without a lot of experience in FSC as well as those who don't have a lot of ASI UVs or trinkets or sprite perks. You can mix Chaos and Vog Cub when you need some fire resistance but don't wanna lose all your damage bonus.

Chaos gives Very High damage bonus when you wear both pieces. Barbarous Thorn Shield bumps that up to Max for swords; there is no waste. See also: http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Abilities#Other_Offensive_Abilities

There's no reason to bring a Shadow sword to FSC. Although it is good to have, I'd recommend getting an elemental damage gun such as Nova Driver, Argent Peacemaker, or Arcana.

You should use Combuster, because enemies will not stop in the middle of your charge when Freeze or Shock hits - instead you hit them with all explosions from the charge giving you more damage and knockback.

Don't bother with the Volcanic Demo set if you aren't interested in full time bombing. Using Chaos will prove much better, especially if you wanna use both a vortex and Nitro.

Set 1 looks great. I'd probably choose BTS, but Owlite works too.

As you say, set 2 doesn't need Acheron in FSC. Combuster and Blitz should be all you need. Vog is very popular in FSC, but a gun CTR trinket or pet perk would make it even better.

There's nothing wrong with a Volcanic Demo set. Nitronome, Dark Retribution, and DBB should be all the damage bombs you need. Utility bombs are a matter of taste: Venom is ok, Electron Vortex is also popular. Krakob is right (as usual) when he says that bomber sets are usually for full-time bombers, though, and part-time bombers might opt for Chaos instead.

You may benefit from reading my detailed sword guide and not-quite-complete armor guide. Krakob is giving you good advice too. Edit: So is Smalltownguy.

In general, Chaos armor is very dangerous due to the status penalties. If you are a highly experienced player then it is extremely powerful. But if you are less skilled then you will probably find it frustrating. Consider mixing in one piece of Vog Cub, Skolver, or Snarbolax. Otherwise, your general loadout is great. Someday you should also give Swiftstrike Buckler a try. If you don't like it, you haven't wasted much money.

For Firestorm Citadel, you definitely don't need a shadow sword. There are only a few slimes, which are easily killed by Combuster. Do not bring another elemental sword. As I explain in my sword guide, Combuster is extremely good everywhere (including Firestorm Citadel), for the reason Krakob mentioned. Combuster and Blitz Needle is all you need. Depending on your team, you might also find a vortex bomb or Shivermist Buster useful. Consider mixing in one piece of Chaos or Perfect Mask of Seerus, if you want to help your gun offense.

For bombing, I agree with Krakob that you should not get dedicated bomber armor unless you decide that you really like bombing. Just use one or two pieces of Chaos for now. Nitronome is good, but difficult to use in a party. Venom Veiler is great in a party, but not very useful solo. I don't know what you mean by "void bomb". Do you mean vortex bomb? There are three. Popular opinion says that Electron Vortex is slightly better than Obsidian Crusher which is slightly better than Graviton Vortex.

That's a good point. These are all very popular candidates for the question "which loadout is best?" At some point you will get bored with such a loadout and want to try more obscure weapons. But it's reasonable to have your first loadout be very strong, so that you can progress quickly from there.

For example, you may want to farm Firestorm Citadel efficiently. So you should probably get Combuster or Voltedge before Gorgofist, even though Gorgofist may be more interesting in the long run.
