Negative crowns and game crashing
Hello everyone,
A friend of mine is having a problem in-game which basically is the game crashing when he tries to get crowns from defeated enemies.
It all began when he tried to buy 200 energy, and the crowns didn't decrease. He tried buying it again, and then the crowns did decrease, but strangely he got not 200 energy but 400 energy. He thought it could be a bug and restarted the game. When he logged it, he had a negative quantity of crowns, and now every time he tries to get crowns from defeated enemies, the game crashes.
Also, I tried to send him crowns by message, and his crowns don't increase. The same goes for selling things or getting crowns from auctions. If he tries to buy something, there is a message saying there is some kind of error in the server.
We have tried everything we could think of, and searched on forums and everywhere but still no solution.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Like resetting crowns to zero or something like that.
Thanks in advance!
Thank you for the reply! ;-)
Should that be done by sending an email to support@spiralknights.com? How long does it usually take to get the problem solved?

https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail <- this webpage
Last time I filed an in-game support ticket, it took about 1-8 minutes though I can't remember correctly.
Sorry for the late reply!
I don't know if it is some kind of error on my side, but when I open the page from the url you wrote it opens a blank page...
I sent the url to my friend and it happens the same with him. Might it have changed?

Just scroll all the way up and press the "support" button right next to the language settings. It will take you to a support portal in which you press the "contact support" button. The rest should be up to you.
Thank you, I could finally access it!
It just happens to be a cookie problem with the website. For anyone having the same problem of a blank page, you just need to manually edit your www.spiralknights.com cookie where it says "xx_XX", corresponding to, I guess, your browser language, to "en_EN". I searched in forums and the problem rolled back to at least 2011 and it's still not solved it seems...
Anyway, thank you for the replies, I'll tell my friend to send a message using that page ;-)
Tell your friend to file a support ticket. Only solution is to get a GM to change the crown number.
