I like it. Can it look like a mace? Like a spikey ball on a chain? Hehe. (Spikey ball could open up the potential for "heavy" piercing swords as well as leaving other damage types possible).
Your jelly death visual is hilarious. I demand OOO use it on April Fools' day every year.

Ball and chain
Just like the ball and chain in Twilight Princess, a mace that gains more power the more it swings around you then throw it? That would be cool.
Can't be used with AT well, great weapon 10/10
