It looks like another April fool's day type of thing to me as well.. everything about it is pretty nice looking, except the knight's hand on the glop drop bomb and those 2 spikes piercing through.
It would be nice if it were real and players have in the past suggested bombs and armors of those styles though.

The right one looks like a DBB, but with Toxoil/Compound Polyp textures (fire + poison). Maybe I am wrong, but I remember someone suggesting a fire/poison version of the DBB.
