Again waffle has been harasing me constantly by creating fake accounts and getting fake screenshots of me getting mad at him cus of me calling his guild trash...if this does not get fixed i will be quitting and leaving the sk community. For one thing, I don't even know HOW one could make "fake screenshots". Not only that, but you aren't giving anything for us to go off of. Are we supposed to know this guy? Why are you using the Forum for this? Why did you call the guild "trash"?
Edit the post to omit that user's name, for it's against the TOS to name-and-shame. Also, use the Support Ticket. And how could he making pictures of you just being mad affect you or them in any way, unless you would be actively shouting and/or swearing in these pictures? You really need to make it clearer.
Post the pictures themselves or else this entire thing would be kind of, well... evidence-less. (Make sure the names are hidden, and delete your double-posted thread.)

If you have an issue with another player, please either use the ingame complain function to ignore them and submit a report (which also submits the whole chat log since GMs don't look at screenshots, screenshots are prone to bias)
Naming and Shaming on the forums is against the forum rules, as it can harm the reputation of potentially innocent players.

No, posting screenshots is not helpful at all. What are us forumers going to do after we've seen the screenshots? Pull nasty faces at the perpetrator? And what if the OP chooses to hide select information such as their own offensive remarks, making it seem like the perpetrator was unprovoked and in the wrong?

Justice is blind, making conclusions without evidences won't stand as much ground as we put our arbitrary opinions down on this thread. So what do you suppose we should do? Play a 'we are all wrong because lack of evidence.' game that you, Fehzor, skeptic and Bopp have been playing for the past four years? OR should we just think of a way to IP ban this waffle guy?

That's why we're not going to make any conclusions, we're not going to do anything about this waffle guy, because we can't.
As I said in my first comment, OP should just take this up with the GMs. Regular users should play no part in administration, as it is not our job.
Why am I being lumped together with Fehzor, Skeptic and Bopp? I was just simply giving some guidance (and in my second comment, the reasoning for that guidance because you seemed to miss the point of it) to a player on how to correctly report issues.

Calling people
Calling people out/complaining on the forums has statistically been proven to accomplish nothing. Sending a report request, or even better, reporting an individual for harassment on the other hand has been proven to actually get some kind of result, although not always the one you desire.

Simple
In order to decide and help someone you need to know both of the views from both the players involved.
OOO is capable of doing so by reading saved chats(if they have them stored)
All we can do as players is nothing to be fair as Hex said so I appreciate that you want to help the players Midnight-Dj but in cases like this its best to leave it to GM.
Rayneger only thing you can do is to report the guy and wait for the results to show ^^.

Then you were re-invited 2 more times into our guild Ray and the entire time you would:
harass, berate, and generally upset ES players. I did not approve of this practice
and neither did I approve when you would come and say that my GM's were acting irresponsibly
requesting my "demotion or kicking" when upon investigation simply wasn't true.
Regardless I could see behavioral issues for myself so the reports did not feel far fetched.

Embermist Scavengers is not "Garbage" and yes it is insulting to insinuate such things and slander
our name because some Guild Masters did not believe you were a good fit for the guild. These are not
