I was wondering why we don't have a prisma - like brandish...
Me and a friend came up with the Light blade, a reskin of Night Blade
3* = Light blade
4* = Silent Light blade
5* = Illumicon
OOO, Please take this into consideration as we need a Prisma Brandish!
I mean we don't "need" a pure elemental brandish but it wouldn't hurt either? The difference in attack power between say, obsidian edge and acheron is about 120-130 per combo, which is almost negligible compared to the total amount of damage being dealt at a bit over a thousand per combo... so really this would be almost entirely there for flavor, with combuster doing more overall to crowds.
If it did come out, players would notice that it does the same damage as divine avenger and complain about it. Honestly though? Combuster would outclass it everywhere that isn't fire themed if you plan to use the charge for crowd control.. but people still probably craft it and worship it like some kind of gift from the brandish-god entirely because of how slightly better it would be in FSC.
The OP hasn't said what it looks like. I wouldn't mind prismatic coloured weapons, because they can be implemented in a way that makes it obvious that they aren't necessarily poison or fire or something when the knight happens to be that colour. The node slime crushers are a prime example of this.
@Fehzor: your right, there could be a way to make weapos prismatic without intefering with the status or damage type color lime having the hilt or a small portion of the weapon prismatic. Guess i over complicated that process.
i have thought about this before and i am in favor. i think it should look slightly different from the acheron, but i wouldn't mind something similar. i would for sure craft this over a combusted for fsc. concept art would be cool to see :)
@Blandaxt i think you're confusing prisma for prismatic, with prisma as in a prisma alch the elemental alchemer

The color scheme is perfect! My only concern with that model would be that it still too much resembles the Acheron. The sheath, probably the most iconic element of the Acheron, in my opinion should stay. However I think that the sword overall deserves a remodel in shape and effects. Of course that art is beautiful and obviously I wasn't expecting to see a completely new shape, but I think that the developers should think about these factors when creating the sword

Well, in any case I said a "Night blade Recolor"
Or at least a "Reskin"
So basically it'd probably be like the Prisma-tech alchemer, Elemental damage, No status effect.
It does the same thing as the Night blade but with different colors.

Ah I see, sorry I missed that! A recolor is cool but I was just saying a new sword would be cool too! I completely am for the idea though!
I feel that most prismatic stuff are for cosmetic items only. I say this because the graphic artist decide on a color not only for the look of the gear, but to also display that weapons attributes. An example can be the shock brandish having a light blue color because that is the color of shock in the game. This means that the light blue color portrays that weapon has a shock status attributed to it. If it was orangish/red, it would be a fire status attribute. Or if was purple, it would be a curse attribute. So my reason for thinking this is not a good idea, is because the color of the gear displays it's status attribute. Hope you understood what I am trying to say.
