-Herex missing brother:Ariux.Knights view the Ariux is good but it's false
-bonus gate with Ariux as boss:Ultra poisonous gate.Here most monsters can affect knight by poison.
-new rank mission Poison of the poisons: where knight must investigate a newly discovered gate Ultra poisonous gate
-new rank mission Poisonous power: where knight must stop a project Poisonous(poisonous twins(like roalmous twins),toxoils and toxigels and same crimson order, Herex with he's brother:Ariux(here is fight with Herex and Ariux)Ariux appearance is optionaly.You Administration must create the Ariux appearance.

okay it does not have to be his brother.Ariux can be a...lost crimson order member.Herex find he and they formed a alliance.Herex has got cool look and i want to fight with him.For example at fight with Herex and Ariux there are helpers: Ghostmane Stalkers.I suggest it but i don't know for what or

Err...
The Crimson Order is a very powerful organization. Having defectors is one thing, losing a member is rather odd.
SPOILER ALERT
Herex is a defector. He leaves the crimson order for his own personal gain. It is speculated we'll be fighting him later as a new tier 3 boss, but those levels have to be completed first.
END SPOILER
Bottom line is that in the game's timeline, your suggested "Ariux" character is seriously not needed. Keeping in the mind of how gremlins in the order don't really trust each other showcases this even more.
In the original suggestion I would love to see more biochemical weapons in the new tier 3 boss area... But again, we need to be patient and see how Three Rings handles this boss.

For one, the Crimson Order hardly has anything in it that signifies that they run on a family lineage. So no to a random missing brother.
Bonus gates? We have room for one more gate and I assume that the next tier 3 boss we're getting will dominate that gate. That boss probably being Herex.
New rank missions: We will get more rank missions to follow the plotline of our new tier 3 boss. But levels take time to make, especially if we add new assets to the level, which every boss except the Royal Jelly has.
Bottom line is that this suggestion is essentially already being worked on within the premise of the Artifact. We already have our own lore, and we'll be getting a new boss, new rank missions, and maybe a new gate.
