T3 veteran and LD newbie looking for a guild.

The title's self explanatory, but I'm going to put down some useful information if you'd like to recruit me:
-I'm in timezone GMT -5.
-I'm specifically looking for a friendly, small-ish (less than 130 people) and active guild, with no forced donations.
-I'm a tier 3 person who does PvE and (sometimes) PvP.
