Well, first off, I added that in there so that people don't sell me something, realize 10 minutes later that I bought it for underpriced, then come back asking for a refund. Its sort of a contingency plan to make sure I don't get banned due to someone not realizing the pricing of an item.

"...why not have them put it on market themselves?" I don't know, why wouldn't people do that. Well...its cause people are lazy. A promise of quick and easy Crowns is appealing to people who don't concern themselves in buying and selling. Some people just want to play the game, and not waste their time with spamming trade chat trying to sell an item. Thats where I come in, I do all the buying and selling, of all the people who aren't interested in the market.

Also, Subchu, you're forgetting something quite important. If both parties, (the person I am buying from and I) are both willing to do the deal, then it is in no way a scam.

Merriam-Webster describes a scam as a "dishonest way to make money by deceiving people". Now, lets pull apart your accusations for a second. You're saying that "...you might as well just take money and call it scamming." Well, if you had read my list of things to "Make Sure You Know" then you would have noticed it said "Items that I buy, I post on the AH, cause I like to flip them for profit (just being honest)" So if the Dictionary is to be trusted, then I am in no way "deceiving or being dishonest", thus meaning this isn't scamming. In fact, I don't know what could be more honest then telling people that "My prices will be a bit lower than the average market price".

Now then, Im sorry that you don't like me or my Guild (for reasons Im not going to get into), but I would like you to refrain from posting on my thread again, you're just embarrassing yourself.

Well first off I want to applaud you for your audacity. Posting on my thread with absolutely no good points must have taken some serious guts.

You talk about being "butthurt" as if it's a bad thing. You talk like were not allowed to be angry. You talk as if I'm not allowed, as if it's unjust to respond to a flagrant (and false) attack on my business. You harass my Guild members, and Aandy and myself respond in a way that you don't like. That doesn't give you the right to call us names and post illogical accusations on my thread to try to ruin my business.

If there's anyone who is "butthurt", it's you. You can't come out on top in a situation in which you clearly did wrong, so you feels its neccesary to make up reasons for other people to be angry with me aswell.

I urge you strongly to look-up some of the term you're using as you clearly eminate ignorance regarding many phrases that you used.

I you want to lose arguments further, you can message me in-game but this thread is for buying and selling only, not for the witless arguing of an angry little Subchu.
