Actually prismatic mech'tennas aren't that expensive. (compared to others)
The top 2 rare item currently right now, unless SK decided to ruin them we a depot, would be the prismatic scarf and flower.
Both could run you in the 80-100k Ce.
The third item would be the Prismatic Pylons which is in 70k Ce range.

Like Aandy said probably the flower is very high on that list, although a Volcanic Flower would probably be as well. It is incredibly rare also.

Volcanic Flowers go for ~10kE frequently. Same with Divine.

@Aandy -- Pris Pylons are worth at most 30k E, most people don't even like them. I got two or three during the prom for under 25k E easily.
In my view:
Prismatic Ankle Boosters, Shoulder Boosters, Prismatic Binoculars (front body), but the only issue with all these new pris items from boxes (titanium etc.) its not pure pris from the comparison to the Lockboxes it has many gray components on many of them.
As probably one of the few players in this game with majority of the Pris items, I believe they are all worth what a buyer is willing to pay. You can find someone paying 150k E and someone like me who believes its worth 60k E etc. Just goes on how much the person actually likes the item.

Those may be the rarest, but Pris Ankles and Shoulders probably don't even exist yet. I think what Anderson wants to know is the most expensive Pris accessory that is actually in-game.
