Bomb buff idea

Lets face it, bombers are the slowest at clearing obstacles.

Why? All but a few bombs hit only once with their blast. This makes breaking minerals and certain blocks slow.

Why not make bombs able to break them with one blast

Affected blocks:
Stone Blocks (the ones that take 3 hits to break)
Steel Hedgehogs
Empty Rockets
Barbed steel Hedgehogs

Completely agree. I suggested for bombers to have a simple close quarter punch that takes 0 damage and just for breking minerals and activating switches, but the developers did not move on this idea. So making those things that have to be broken break easier due to an exploding bomb would make it much easier and faster to move around the clockworks.

Get an alternative weapon. Don't go full bomber. Simple. Effective.

That's like a gunner that uses only Magnus complaining because he destroys blocks or minerals too slowly.

I complety disagree with you grovan. Bombs should work / be balanced out with the other types of weapons. This way if a player goes all bombs versus a player who goes all swords, one wont have an advantage over the other. The only thing that should count more is the skill of the player. For example i would not fight another player with a toothpick while that other player is carrying a rocket launcher. The weapons have to be balanced in order for us to have a good time. Cause after one of us die, they wont blame it on the weapon, but on how more skillful that other player was.

Why? Wouldn't a third weapon ruin the fun? And shouldn't it be unecessary to have another weapon to cover the uses of a FULL WEAPON that is it's own type?

Don't ruin the fun, make it number one!

This thread is about PVE not PVP.

This thread has nothing to do with powering up bomb damage.

All this thread is about is making it easier for bombers to clear out obstacles in the clockworks, keeping the flow of the game running strong and not having it stop every time a 3x3 plot of stone blocks show up.
